Our story: nurturing young minds at TrisOnceUponATot

Hi, my name is Tristin Poe, and I am a proud mom of two little girls and married to the love of my life. My family is at the heart of everything I do, and it’s what inspired me to follow my passion for caring for and teaching children.

 

Becoming a childminder felt like a natural calling for me. I’ve always had a deep love for teaching and guiding little minds as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them. I believe early childhood is a magical and foundational time, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where children feel valued, confident, and excited to learn.

 

As a mother, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child. I bring patience, kindness, and structure into my work, while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and independence. Every child is unique, and I strive to support each one’s individual needs, interests, and developmental milestones.

 

My goal as a childminder is not just to provide care, but to help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning — all while feeling loved, supported, and at home.
